Important Shipping Information

• Please ensure that the shipping address and contact details entered at checkout are correct
• Iraaya will not be responsible for orders affected by incorrect or incomplete shipping details provided by the customer
• Please note that we work with third-party courier companies, and while we coordinate closely with them, delivery timelines may occasionally be affected by factors beyond our control
• If your parcel is marked as delivered but has not been received, please inform us within 24 hours so we can raise the issue with our courier partner
• Requests raised after 24 hours may not be serviceable with courier partners
• Dispatch timelines may vary during high order volume periods, launches, or festive seasons. In such cases, our team will inform you via email or phone

Returned to Origin (RTO)

• For prepaid orders returned to origin, a Iraaya gift card will be issued after deducting ₹100 as shipping charges.
• No refund will be made to the original payment method.

We try and make sure that

• Orders are processed within 3-5 business day of being placed.
• Once your order is dispatched, tracking details will be shared via email. You will also receive automated updates regarding your shipment status.
• Once an order has been placed, it may be cancelled before dispatch. In such cases, the order amount will be issued as a Store Gift Card. No cash refund will be provided.
