We want you to love every piece you order from Iraaya. If something is not right, here is how returns and exchanges work.
Please note: Products purchased at a discounted or sale price are not eligible for returns or exchanges under any circumstances.
Return & Exchange Window
You must submit a return or exchange request within 72 hours of receiving your order.
Requests submitted after this period will not be accepted.
Returns
Approved returns are issued as store credit in the form of a Iraaya gift card.
Please note:
• Refunds are not processed to the original payment method
• A return processing fee of ₹100/- will be deducted from the gift card value
• COD charges (₹150) are non refundable.
• The gift card is issued only after the returned item reaches our warehouse and passes quality check
• The process may take 10 to 14 days
Gift cards are valid for 1 year from the date of issue.
Please note: Return/Exchange requests may be declined if the proof images or videos provided are unclear, incomplete, or do not clearly show the concern raised.
Exchanges
We only offer size changes of the same product, subject to availability.
Please note:
• Exchanges are processed only after the original item reaches our warehouse and passes quality check
• The return process may take 10 to 14 days
Return or Exchange Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
• The item must be unworn, unused and in original condition
• All tags must remain attached
• The item must be free from stains, marks, odour, makeup traces, pet hair, wrinkles caused by wear or visible signs of use
Each product is eligible for return or exchange only once.
Return Policy in Detail
Iraaya reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges that do not meet our policy requirements.
• If incorrect items are sent back, including wrong products, incomplete returns or missing items, all shipping charges for sending the parcel back will be borne by the customer
• Returned items must be in the exact condition in which they were originally shipped from our warehouse
• Products with removed tags will not qualify for return, exchange, or damage claims
• In cases of repeated policy misuse, Iraaya reserves the right to decline future return requests and restrict future purchases from the account
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please email iraayaindia@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery with clear images, videos and a description of the issue.
For incorrect items, an unboxing video is mandatory for verification.
Please do not remove the hang tags when reporting a damaged item, as the product must remain in original condition for verification.
How to Use Your Gift Card
Once the product is received back by us, goes through a quality check and the return is completed, your gift card code will be shared with you via email.
How to use your gift card:
1. Proceed to checkout.
2. Select Use Shopify gift card (Pay with gift cards) as your payment option.
3. Scroll to the bottom where your total amount is displayed.
4. Click the dropdown arrow to expand the order summary.
5. Enter your gift card code in the gift card field shown there.
The amount will automatically be adjusted against your order total.
Important
If we do not receive a response to our follow up email within 72 hours, the return or exchange request will be closed.
